Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer at Learning Ally, responsible for leading every aspect of our People, Talent, and Culture policies. Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across a range of industries with leaders and their teams to improve business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and leading a global people strategy. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She loves learning and sees the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive advantages. Through her extensive work experience working in Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to develop and coach leaders, with successful results, she helped foster organizations that embrace the concept of learning, innovation and transformation. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of different non-profit organisations. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed the time and energy she has to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
