Annmarie Fairweather, Chief People officer at Learning Ally is responsible for all of the company's People, Culture and Talent policies. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during the midst of dramatic changes and expansion. Annmarie was an influential thinker in translating the enterprise's objectives and strategic plans into corporate strategies and employees' engagement. She is of the opinion that learning is the most important aspect of leadership. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and coached managers who have shown success and results. Her efforts helped create cultures within organizations that promote learning innovation and positive changes for both individuals and teams. While Annmarie is inspired to dedicate her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission she provides assistance to several non- profit groups in her spare time. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its goal is to help women become leaders.
