Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices that deal with people, management of people and Talent Management as well as Cultural Development. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to reach business goals, especially in periods of fast change and growth. She has been a key partner in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has included organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She is passionate about learning, and believes that management and team building as her most valuable asset. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders and coaching them with evidence-based success. These experiences helped develop an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and the ability to change. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further aid in the mission of Learning Ally. When she is not working she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organizations. These include being a participant within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is committed to helping women develop into leaders. In addition, Annmarie offers support for several non-profits when she is not working. The addiction disease affects everyone.
