She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge in the field. She's worked alongside leaders across a variety of industries, helping them improve their business, in particular during times of rapid development. She has been a trusted advisor who has helped translate enterprise goals and strategies to the people and business strategy by focusing on the management of change and engagement for employees. Awed by leadership, she sees teambuilding and education as crucial to maintaining competitive advantage. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders, and coaching them to achieve proven success. These experiences helped develop an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and adaptability to change. Annmarie, who has a commitment to assisting Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time in providing assistance to other non-profit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing the time and energy she has to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
