Annmarie has over 30 years of experience as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in times of rapid changes and expansion. As a consultant in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She's passionate about education and sees leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working in Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies in the development and coaching of leaders and achieve results, she helped foster organizations that embrace changing and learning. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time she offers support to several non-profit organisations. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women become leaders. Additionally, she provides education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
