Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of expertise. She has worked with leaders in various industries to help improve the performance of their businesses, particularly in times of rapid growth. Her work as a partner to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. Infatuated by management, she believes that the development of teams and their learning an essential element to gain competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and mentored individuals who have achieved the results and success. Her efforts helped cultivate cultures in organizations which encourage learning and positive changes for both individuals as well as teams. Annmarie has been driven to volunteer her skills and time to aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time, she also provides support to a number of nonprofit organizations. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is just one. The purpose of the committee is to train women as leaders.
