Annmarie Fairweather, a highly experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise to the table. She's worked with leaders from a wide range of industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly in times of high growth. She has served as a thought partner helping to translate business and people strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and plans for strategic planning through the management of performance and organizational processes employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. She's passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the most powerful competitive advantage. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leadership and coaches with proven results. These experiences helped develop an environment that embodies innovation in learning and the capacity to adapt. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to devote her energy and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit groups in her spare time. These include being an participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women grow as leaders, and providing leadership training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization that is based in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically for healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization that is dedicated to stopping the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to help those affected by the illness of addiction.
